Lincoln Motor Company is seeking a highly analytical Bid Analyst to own the government bid process from research to weekly reporting. You will work closely with the FCSD and Ford Pro teams to secure contracts, track bids, and streamline data reporting across multiple channels.

The role requires strong programming and data analysis skills, advanced Excel and Power BI capabilities, and experience with CRM systems. Travel to market area meetings and government offices may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical and programming skills with the ability to investigate complex data.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Power BI, and Power Automate.
• Experience with CRM software (Salesforce) to manage customer data.

Responsibilities

• Own the government bid process from research to weekly reporting.
• Manage multiple bids and projects with tight deadlines.
• Identify gaps in compliance and review contracts quickly.
• Attend Pre-Bid meetings and liaise with government officials.
• Train Dealerships or Ford Authorized Distributors on bid responses.
• Develop and automate weekly bid reports for field or management teams.
• Collaborate with FCSD and Ford Pro teams to secure contracts.
• Monitor budgets and forecast future financial needs.
