Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking a highly analytical Bid Analyst to own the government bid process, including researching bids, tracking awarded contracts, and automating reporting for leadership.

You will collaborate with the FCSD and Ford Pro teams to secure these contracts, leveraging advanced Excel, Power BI, and CRM data. This role offers growth within Ford Pro or FCSD and requires travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business, Economics, Statistics or Data Science.
• Strong analytical and programming skills to investigate data and deliver actionable insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI and Power Automate for reporting and dashboards.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) to analyze customer data and conversions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the bid contract proposals and ensure milestones are met weekly.
• Manage multiple projects with competing demands under tight deadlines.
• Innovate on undefined projects with minimal supervision.
• Review contracts to identify gaps in compliance quickly.
• Research local, state and federal government RFPs and summarize findings.
