Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking a highly analytical Bid Analyst to own the government bid process from research through reporting. You will work with the FCSD and Ford Pro teams to secure contracts, manage multiple projects, and automate weekly bid dashboards for executives and field teams.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a related field, strong Excel/Power BI skills, and experience with Salesforce CRM.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Supply Chain Management or Business Data Science.
Strong analytical and programming skills, with the ability to investigate complex data, identify meaningful trends, and deliver clear, actionable analysis.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Power BI, and Power Automate; produce accurate, polished deliverables with minimal guidance.
Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce) to manage relationships, track sales, and analyze customer data.
Excellent written and verbal communication, able to convey complex information clearly to varied audiences.

Responsibilities

Own the bid contract proposals to ensure all specifications, deliverables and milestones are met weekly.
Manage multiple projects with competing demands under tight deadlines.
Review contracts and identify gaps in compliance quickly.
Research local, state, and federal automotive RFPs and summarize bid data for field management.
Automate weekly bid reports and dashboarded analyses for the Field and Management Teams.
Collaborate with Ford CS and Ford Pro teams to secure contracts.
Interact with procurement officials and attend pre-bid meetings and seminars.
