Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, SCM or Business Data Science
• Strong analytical and programming skills to investigate complex data and deliver clear analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Power BI, and Power Automate
• Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce) to manage customer data and analyze trends
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with attention to detail and quality control
• Experience working with procurement officials and government agencies is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own the entire government bid process from research to reporting
• Manage multiple bids and meet weekly milestones under tight deadlines
• Identify gaps in compliance and summarize bid documentation for Field Team
• Automate weekly bid reports and monitor budgets and expenditures
• Collaborate with Ford Customer Service Division and Ford Pro Teams
• Engage with state/local officials and participate in pre-bid activities
• Train dealerships and distributors on bid responses when needed
• Attend seminars and conferences related to government procurement
