Lincoln Motor Company is seeking a highly analytical Bid Analyst to own the government bid process from research through reporting. You will collaborate with Ford Customer Service Division and Ford Pro teams to secure contracts in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong programming and data-drilldown skills, advanced Excel/Power BI usage, and experience with CRM tools. Hybrid work is offered with travel as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in a business/ analytics-related field.
Strong ability to investigate complex data and deliver actionable insights.
Advanced proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and related tools.

Responsibilities

Own the government bid process end-to-end, researching bids and awarded contracts.
Automate weekly bid reports for field and management teams.
Review contracts for compliance and prepare management reports.
Take ownership of multiple proposals with tight deadlines.
Coordinate with Ford teams and government agencies.
