Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field and strong analytical capability.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting for government bid processes is a plus.
• Proficiency with CRM and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Own bid contract proposals to ensure all bid specs, deliverables, and milestones are met weekly.
• Manage multiple projects with competing demands and tight deadlines.
• Take ownership of undefined projects and innovate quickly with minimal supervision.
• Review contracts for compliance gaps and accuracy.
• Research local, state, and federal RFPs and summarize findings.
• Prepare and format bid/RFP documents for field teams.
• Automate weekly bid reports for field or management teams across channels.
