Job summary

Ford Motor Company in Atlanta is seeking a highly analytical Parts & Service Fleet Bid Analyst to own the government bid cycle, research RFPs, and automate reporting for the Field Team and management. This role partners with Ford Customer Service Division and Ford Pro teams and offers growth within the Ford Pro or FCSD.

The position is hybrid with onsite four days per week; travel may be required. Recent graduates are considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Supply Chain Management or Business Data Science.
• Strong analytical and programming skills with the ability to investigate complex data, identify meaningful trends, and deliver clear, actionable analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Power BI, and Power Automate; able to produce accurate, polished deliverables with minimal guidance.
• Excel programming experience for Data Preparation, KPI Development, and Dashboard Creation.
• Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce) to manage customer relationships, track sales, and analyze customer data.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire government bid process from bid research to reporting.
• Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and competing resources.
• Review contracts for gaps in compliance and analyze bid requirements.
• Prepare and automate weekly bid reports for Field and Management teams.
• Collaborate with Ford Customer Service Division and Ford Pro teams.
• Meet with government procurement officials to build relationships.
