ISS STOXX is hiring several Temporary Research Analyst positions in Rockville, Maryland or Washington, DC, starting late January 2027 through June 2027, with potential to move to a full-time role. This hourly position may require overtime during peak weeks and interviews begin in November.

The role supports the Custom Research team with governance research, client reports, and policy projects, demanding strong analytical and writing skills and the ability to work onsite five days a week.

Competenze

• Bachelor´s degree and/or Master’s degree in finance, economics, law, or equivalent.
• Preferably experience in a related field such as finance, research, or law.
• Ability to commit to the duration of the assignment.
• Excellent writing and research abilities, proofreading skills, and well-developed oral and written communication skills.

Mansioni

• Conduct basic and advanced governance research of meetings and companies.
• Provide proxy vote recommendations based on client policy guidelines.
• Prepare client reports and policy-related projects.
• Research policy issues and support staff on projects.
• Identify process improvements to enhance service offerings.
• Oversee projects/tasks and manage work allocation to meet deadlines.
