ISS STOXX GmbH is seeking a Temporary Research Analyst to join the Custom Research team in Rockville, MD or Washington, DC. The role is hourly with potential overtime, starting January 2027 through June 2027, with a path to full-time opportunities.

Will be fully onsite five days a week, in Rockville or DC, with compensation described as an hourly pay range. The team develops customized guidelines reflecting clients’ governance philosophy and provides tailored vote recommendations.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree and/or Master’s degree in finance, economics, law, or equivalent.
• Proven ability to exercise superior judgment.
• Excellent writing and research abilities, proofreading skills, and strong communication.
• Strong computer literacy with MS Office/Excel skills.

Mansioni

• Complete basic and advanced analytical governance research of meetings and companies.
• Distill financial and governance information and issue proxy vote recommendations based on client policy.
• Prepare client-specific reports and policy-related projects.
• Research policy-related issues and support staff in projects.
• Identify process improvements to enhance department services.
• Assist supervision of projects/tasks as needed.
• Manage work allocation and timeliness of client deliverables.
