ISS STOXX is hiring several Temporary Research Analysts in Rockville, Maryland or Washington, DC for a term starting late January 2027 and ending in June 2027. This is an onsite, full-time temporary role in the Custom Research team, with potential to transition to a full-time position.

The role involves governance research, producing tailored proxy vote recommendations, and delivering client reports. The pay ranges from $26.00 to $27.50 per hour, with overtime possible during peak weeks.

Competenze

• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in finance, economics, law, or equivalent.
• Strong writing and research abilities, proofreading skills, and clear communication.
• Willingness to commit to the full assignment duration and overtime during peak weeks.

Mansioni

• Perform basic and advanced analytical governance research on meetings and companies.
• Distill financial and governance information to issue proxy vote recommendations per client guidelines.
• Produce client reports and policy-related projects; support staff and supervise tasks when needed.
• Identify process improvements and ensure timely client deliverables.
