ISS STOXX is seeking a U.S. Research Analyst (Temporary) to support the spring annual shareholder meeting season in Rockville, MD or Washington, DC. The role is a temporary assignment starting in February 2027 and ending in May/June 2027, with five in-office days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, economics, governance, or law.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent writing and oral communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform research and complete proxy analyses for shareholder meetings of publicly traded companies.
• Read SEC filings (10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8-Ks, DEF 14As) and distill financial, industry, and governance information to draft analyses and give proxy vote recommendations.
• Answer internal and external queries on research analyses and discuss policies and vote recommendations.
