Job summary

Lincoln Motor Company is seeking a Parts & Service Fleet Bid Analyst to own the government bid process, research bids and awarded contracts, track data, and automate reporting for Field and Management teams.

You will collaborate with Ford Customer Service Division and Ford Pro Teams to secure contracts, manage multi-project bids, and develop actionable analyses from data. Travel may be needed; strong Excel/Power BI skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Economics, Statistics, Supply Chain Management or Business Data Science.
• Strong analytical and programming skills with ability to investigate complex data and deliver actionable analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Power BI, and Power Automate; produce accurate deliverables with minimal guidance.
• CRM software experience (Salesforce) to manage customer relationships and analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Own the bid contract proposals to ensure bid specifications, deliverables and milestones are met weekly.
• Manage multiple projects with competing demands under tight deadlines.
• Review contracts to identify gaps in compliance quickly.
• Compile data and automate weekly bid reports for Field or Management Teams.
• Interact with state and local procurement officials and attend pre-bid meetings.
• Research awarded contracts and track data for Ford Dealers or competitors.
• Attend seminars and build relationships with government agencies.
