Job summary

The Texas Democratic Party is seeking a GOTV Data Associate to support Get Out the Vote efforts for Texas Together 2026. You will provide day-to-day data and technical support to campaign and organizing staff, respond to VAN tickets, and help with data analysis and reporting.

Join a fast-paced team and collaborate with the Data Team on projects, tasks, and dashboards using Google Data Studio and Sheets. This role begins ASAP and ends November 15, 2026, with competitive benefits included.

Qualifications

• No formal educational requirement; value equivalent experience and demonstrated ability.
• Familiarity with campaign operations and the pace of political campaigns.
• Strong task and time management skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to troubleshoot data and technology questions in a fast-moving campaign environment.
• Experience providing technical or data support to campaign staff is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, manage, and respond to VAN tickets and user requests.
• Troubleshoot VAN issues and provide technical assistance to staff.
• Complete data entry, reporting, and other VAN tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Support geographies and districts, including VAN administration and texting programs.
• Create, update, and maintain reports and dashboards in Google Data Studio.
