Responsibilities

• Monitor, manage, and respond to VAN support tickets.
• Troubleshoot VAN issues and provide technical assistance.
• Perform data entry, reporting, and other VAN tasks accurately.
• Support GOTV data projects and analytics tasks.
• Create, update, and maintain reports and dashboards in Google Data Studio.
• Utilize Google Sheets for GOTV reporting and analysis.
• Document recurring issues and solutions to improve data team support.
• Communicate clearly with users and data team members.
