Job summary

The Texas Democratic Party ARLINGTON, Texas is seeking a GOTV Data Associate to support the Get Out the Vote program with day-to-day data and VAN tasks. You will respond to VAN tickets, troubleshoot issues, and assist with data analysis and reporting.

The role collaborates with the GOTV Data & Analytics team and involves SQL, Google Sheets, and Google Data Studio work. ASAP start through November 15, 2026.

Qualifications

• No formal educational requirement; equivalent experience valued.
• Experience with campaign operations and the pace of a political campaign.
• Strong task and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, manage, and respond to VAN support tickets and user requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Troubleshoot VAN issues and provide technical assistance to campaign and organizing staff.
• Write, modify, and troubleshoot SQL queries as assigned.
• Create, update, and maintain reports and dashboards using Google Data Studio.
• Document recurring issues, processes, and solutions to help improve data team support.
