Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor, manage, and respond to VAN tickets and user requests.
• Troubleshoot VAN issues and provide technical assistance.
• Complete data entry, reporting, and other tasks in VAN.
• Support geographies/districts, including VAN administration and texting programs.
• Collaborate with the GOTV Data Team to troubleshoot data issues.
• Complete projects assigned by the GOTV Data & Analytics Director.
• Write, modify, and troubleshoot SQL queries as needed.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards in Google Data Studio.
