EPAM Systems in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking a Business Development Director - Technology to drive revenue growth within the Google account. You will act as an account-based seller, leveraging Google's priorities to expand EPAM’s footprint across business units with senior leaders.

The role requires deep knowledge of cloud, AI, and data platforms, plus a proven record of building pipelines and closing net-new opportunities in large tech organizations. Hybrid work options may apply.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years in IT sales or business development focusing on named or strategic accounts.
• Experience selling IT services into Alphabet/Google or within Google.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth in large, complex named accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own account growth within the Google account across units.
• Identify whitespace opportunities and convert them.
• Develop senior stakeholder relationships (Director, VP, C-suite).
• Lead full sales lifecycle from prospecting to closure.
• Generate pipeline through targeted outreach and industry events.
• Position EPAM capabilities in digital transformation, data, cloud, and AI.
• Coordinate with delivery teams to align solutions with Google's challenges.
• Maintain disciplined pipeline management, forecasting and reporting.
