EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Director - Technology to drive revenue growth within Google and expand EPAM's footprint across Google’s many units.

You will lead a strategic account penetration plan, build executive relationships, and guide multi-service engagements from prospecting to closure. You will leverage knowledge of Google’s priorities and the tech landscape to position EPAM as a trusted transformation partner across digital, data, cloud, and AI initiatives,

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of IT sales / business development with named or strategic accounts.
• Proven track record of growing revenue in organizations with $2B+ in sales.
• Experience selling IT services into Alphabet/Google or within Google.
• Strong understanding of the technology sector and Google's priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own account growth within the Google account, expanding across business units.
• Identify whitespace opportunities and build a strategic penetration plan.
• Develop senior stakeholder relationships (Director, VP and C-suite).
• Lead the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through deal closure.
• Maintain disciplined pipeline management, forecasting and reporting.
• Represent EPAM at industry forums to strengthen brand presence.
