Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Mid-Market Sales Engineer to lead technical guidance for clients, bridging business needs and Google Cloud capabilities. You will design solutions, run workshops, and act as the technical authority to ensure measurable business value.

You will collaborate with mid-market clients to architect on Google Cloud platform, leveraging Gemini Enterprise, Vertex AI, and BigQuery, while guiding proposals and SOWs to align with client goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a hands-on, client-facing technology role (e.g., Cloud Engineer, Solution Architect, Sales Engineer).
• 4+ years of experience architecting and building solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• 2+ years in Modernization, Data & AI, Call Center AI, Workspace, Marketing Tech, Security or Agentic AI on Google Cloud.
• 4+ years presenting to and engaging with technical and executive-level stakeholders.
• 2+ years managing global teams and familiarity with PM methodologies and industry best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or 12 years' work experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients through discovery and workshops to understand business challenges and goals.
• Act as trusted advisor on Google Cloud solutions and scalable architectures.
• Architect and design cutting-edge GCP solutions tied to measurable business outcomes.
• Lead technical workshops and POCs to demonstrate value of Google Cloud offerings.
• Serve as technical authority, guiding feasibility, risk, and strategy for client investments.
• Collaborate on value-driven proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Ensure smooth transition from sales to delivery with aligned expectations.
