Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Cloud Engagement Lead to join the Google Business Group and guide clients through Google Cloud modernization and AI initiatives. You will lead end-to-end pipeline creation, coordinate with Google Cloud field teams, and act as a trusted advisor from VP to C-level stakeholders in complex, multi-industry deals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology consulting, cloud services, or digital transformation.
• Recent focus on Google Cloud modernization and AI programs.
• 5+ years driving cloud business growth in professional services or enterprise engineering environments.
• Proven track record closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with revenue accountability.
• Deep familiarity with Google Cloud field org, co-sell, PSF and partner funding mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Lead opportunities end-to-end — qualification, deal shaping, technical solutioning and win strategy.
• Act as pursuit leader on strategic deals, coordinating solution architects, delivery and EPAM Bu siness Units Leads.
• Own Net New and Expansion revenue targets for Google Cloud engagements within assigned verticals; drive a proactive pipeline and cadence.
• Embed in top accounts: build joint EPAM–Google Cloud account strategies and land-and-expand motions across cloud migration, app modernization, data, and AI.
• Mentor EPAM Client Partners and pursuit teams in cloud business development and Google Cloud co-sell best practices.
