Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore in Columbus seeks a Customer Service Associate to engage customers at the Cashier Area and Club Desk, process returns, exchanges and promotions, and deliver a best-in-class checkout experience. You’ll maintain front-end presentation and assist with merchandise, loyalty rewards, and store promotions.

The role requires strong communication, basic computer skills, and flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Strong listening and interpersonal skills with clear verbal and written communication.
• Basic computer skills and software familiarity (Microsoft Office).
• Ability to organize multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and handle light lifting (30 lb).
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage every customer with world-class service in the front-end areas.
• Greet customers in front-end areas (Cashier Area, Club Desk).
• Process returns, exchanges, gift cards, promotions, and loyalty activities.
• Maintain merchandise presence and clean front-end areas to drive sales.
• Ensure front-end equipment and supplies are operational.
• Promote products and services and answer product questions.
