Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore is looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated Customer Service Associates. You will engage customers at the cashier and club desk, process returns, exchanges, gift cards, and promotions, and maintain a premium front-end appearance while delivering world-class service.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced retail environment, with flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers at cashier area and club desk to deliver world-class service.
• Process returns, exchanges, gift cards, and promotions accurately.
• Maintain front-end merchandise presence and cleanliness.
• Handle payments securely per SOP.
• Provide product information and direct customers as needed.
