PGA TOUR Superstore is seeking a Customer Service Associate to engage customers across the checkout and club desk areas, delivering friendly, efficient service. You will handle returns, exchanges, gift cards, and promotions while maintaining a clean front-end environment and processing payments securely.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to organize multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder, and lift up to 30 lb.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to learn business concepts quickly.

Responsabilités

• Engage with customers in front-end areas and deliver world-class service.
• Build lasting relationships to encourage repeat visits.
• Greet customers and assist in Front-end areas (Cashier, Club Desk).
• Process returns, exchanges, gift cards, promotions, and discounts.
• Maintain premiere stock and visual merchandising in Front-end areas.
• Ensure Front-end equipment and supplies are maintained and functional.
• Adhere to ethical conduct, safety, and SOPs.
• Handle payments securely and accurately.
