Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Florida to engage customers at the cashier and club desk, assist with returns, exchanges, gift cards, and promotions, and ensure a best-in-class checkout experience.

Reporting to the Sales and Service Manager, you will deliver friendly, informed service, process payments securely, and stay current on promotions to drive sales while upholding our standards for ethics and safety in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Strong listening and interpersonal skills with clear verbal and written communication.
• Basic computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Engage Customers in Cashier Area and Club Desk with world-class service.
• Process returns, exchanges, gift cards, and promotions.
• Maintain clean, organized front-end area and merchandise presence.
• Handle payments securely following SOP and ensure accuracy of transactions.
• Provide product information and direct customers to store areas as needed.
• Stay updated on promotions and events to maintain a strong merchandising presence.
