Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage with every customer and deliver world-class service at the front-end.
• Handle returns, exchanges, gift cards, and promotions accurately.
• Greet and assist customers at the Cashier Area and Club Desk.
• Process payments securely and in compliance with SOPs.
• Maintain a clean, organized front-end area and merchandise presentation.
• Stay informed on promotions and events to drive sales.
• Provide product information and direct customers as needed.
