Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore is seeking a motivated Customer Service Associate to engage customers at the cash register and club desk, process transactions, and promote promotions. You will ensure a clean, organized front-end and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

You will handle returns, exchanges, gift cards, and loyalty activities while staying informed about promotions. The role emphasizes world-class service and building lasting customer relationships in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Clear communication skills with strong listening and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Good organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every Customer and provide world-class service at the Front-End.
• Greet customers and assist at Cashier Area and Club Desk.
• Process returns, exchanges, gift cards, and promotions accurately.
• Maintain clean, well-presented Front-End areas to drive sales.
• Handle payments securely and in accordance with SOP.
• Stay informed on promotions and assist customers with product information.
• Provide feedback to management on opportunities to improve customer experience.
