PGA TOUR Superstore is seeking a customer service associate to engage Customers in the Cashier Area and Club Desk, delivering friendly, efficient service throughout checkout. You will handle returns, exchanges, gift cards, and promotions while keeping the Front-End clean and organized to support sales goals.

The role emphasizes accuracy in payments, knowledge of promotions, and proactive customer engagement. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is required.

Qualifications

• Strong listening and interpersonal skills demonstrated in customer-facing roles.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use Microsoft Office.
• Ability to organize priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.
