This position may lead part-time staff and work to keep the pro shop organized and professional. Responsibilities include tournament coordination, tee-times, and ensuring daily financial reconciliation while upholding city policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Two years of customer service, cashiering, or retail experience, including at least one year in a golf course or recreation environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering, customer service, and retail duties.
• Assist purchasing, requisitions, payroll processing, deposits and financial consolidation.
• Manage pro shop inventory, including ordering, receiving, pricing, stocking, tracking inventory levels, and recommending reorders.
• Coordinate tournaments and league scheduling, registrations, tee times, pairings, scorecards, scoring, and communication with organizers.
• Provide lead direction and training to assigned staff and ensure compliance with City policies and procedures.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, merchandising, and professional appearance of the pro shop.
