Job summary

Invited is seeking a 1st Assistant Golf Professional to oversee daily golf department operations, manage the pro-shop, outside services, and related activities. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional member and guest experiences and ensure merchandising aligns with standards and member preferences.

The role requires PGA certification (level 2 preferred), strong customer service, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• PGA certification highly preferred (minimum Level 2).
• Strong customer service experience with extensive knowledge of golf fundamentals.
• Proven ability to handle confidential company information with discretion and professionalism.
• Commitment to upholding the highest ethical work standards.

Responsibilities

• Train and lead golf and pro-shop attendants, and outside services staff, ensuring exceptional customer service.
• Conduct performance evaluations for golf, pro-shop, and outside services staff with actionable recommendations.
• Manage staff scheduling and recruitment to maintain high service standards.
• Oversee all golf operations, including pro-shop, outside services, and practice facilities.
