You will help with purchases, payroll, deposits, and inventory while coordinating tournaments and staffing to keep the course running smoothly.

The role requires a high school diploma, a Texas driver’s license, and strong customer service skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred for diverse guest interactions.

Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED with 2 years in customer service, cashiering, or retail.
Valid Texas driver’s license and good driving record.
Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide advanced customer service, cashiering and retail in the pro shop.
Assist with purchasing, requisitions, payroll processing and deposits.
Manage pro shop inventory, pricing, stocking and reorders.
Schedule and coordinate tournaments and league events.
Lead and train part-time or seasonal staff.
Maintain pro shop appearance and merchandise presentation.
Prepare schedules and monitor staff assignments.
Ensure compliance with City policies and timekeeping.
