Job summary

Five Iron Golf NYC LLC is seeking a Golf Experience Manager to lead the Golf Experience Team and guide guests through the Five Iron Golf experience, ensuring satisfaction and engagement.

Responsibilities include managing pre-visit and on-site interactions, deep product knowledge across tech, leagues, memberships, and food & beverage, and coordinating leagues and tournaments year-round while building community relationships and upholding health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead Golf Experience Team to ensure guest satisfaction and engagement.
• Develop knowledge of all products and services, including technology, lessons, leagues, memberships, and F&B offerings.
• Serve as in-house expert on golf simulator technology and connect guests to leagues, memberships, fittings.
• Oversee sales, execution, and management of Five Iron Golf leagues and tournaments year-round.
• Build community relationships and encourage repeat business through proactive engagement.
• Handle sales transactions and customer service inquiries.
• Collaborate with team to align efforts and achieve business goals.
• Take pride in each guest's enjoyment and engagement at Five Iron Golf, ensuring safety and fun.
• Follow health and safety regulations and verify guests' legal drinking age.
