Five Iron Golf is looking for a Golf Experience Lead to guide our guests through a premier entertainment and golf-tech experience. Responsibilities

• Lead the Golf Experience Team to guide guests through the Five Iron Golf experience and maximize satisfaction.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of products, services, and culinary/beverage offerings to confidently upsell.
• Serve as in-house expert on golf simulator technology and connect guests to leagues, memberships, and events.
• Oversee leagues and tournaments across Fall, Winter, and Summer seasons.
• Foster community relationships and encourage repeat business through proactive engagement.
• Handle sales, inquiries, and post-visit follow-ups with accuracy and courtesy.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve business goals and maintain safety standards.
