Five Iron Golf Philadelphia LLC is seeking a Golf Experience Lead to guide our guest journey from pre-visit to post-visit, delivering an exceptional experience and driving engagement across our golf tech, leagues, food and beverage offerings.

You will lead the Golf Experience Team, train staff, manage sales and events, ensure safety and licensing compliance, and build community connections with evenings, weekends, and holidays availability.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hospitality or guest service teams.
• Ability to obtain licensing and certifications.
• Knowledge of hospitality service standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee guest experience from pre-visit to post-visit follow-ups.
• Acquire and maintain knowledge of all products and services, including tech, leagues, and food/beverage.
• Sell and cross-sell across offerings such as leagues, lessons, and memberships.
• Lead leagues and one-off tournaments throughout the year.
• Build relationships within the community and encourage repeat business.
• Handle sales transactions and customer service inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members to align efforts and achieve goals.
• Ensure guest enjoyment and safety; follow health regulations and verify drinking age.
• Assist with closing duties as needed.
