Responsibilities

• Manage associates to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Acquire and maintain comprehensive knowledge of all products and services.
• Serve as in-house expert on golf simulator technology.
• Oversee sales, execution, and management of golf leagues and tournaments.
• Build relationships within the community and encourage repeat business.
• Handle essential administrative tasks related to customer service inquiries.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and engagement at all times.
• Follow health and safety regulations regarding food and alcohol service.
• Assist with closing duties as needed.
