Job summary

Acushnet Company seeks an Associate Golf Ball Fitting & Sales Specialist in Boston, MA. This role delivers tour-level fittings, using Titleist methodology, launch monitor tech and performance analysis to tailor recommendations and boost sales.

Responsibilities include planning fittings and events, coordinating with sales reps and partners, and educating PGA Professionals on Titleist products and best practices while mentoring interns. Travel up to 150 overnights yearly is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
PGA Class A certification highly preferred.
Minimum 1 year of club fitting experience in a high-touch environment or relevant industry knowledge.
Ability to lift and transport equipment up to 30 lbs multiple times per day.
Ability to stand outdoors for extended periods and travel up to 150 overnights per year.
Valid U.S. driver’s license; excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

Deliver a tour-caliber fitting experience using Titleist methodology.
Conduct in-person and virtual fittings with launch monitor tech and performance analysis.
Provide personalized product recommendations to drive sales.
Plan and execute fitting events and coordinate logistics with sales reps and account partners.
Educate PGA Professionals on Titleist products and fitting best practices.
Support development of Titleist Golf Ball Fitting Ambassadors and Specialists.
