SpaceX is seeking a Sr. Recruiter for Go-To-Market (Starlink) to own end-to-end recruitment, build pipelines, and partner with sales and ops leaders. Based in Redmond, WA, this on-site role requires a strong track record in high-volume recruiting and excellent stakeholder management.

You will screen, interview, and onboard top talent for mission-critical positions while delivering professional candidate experiences and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of recruiting experience; or associate degree and 6+ years; or 7+ years of recruiter experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with in-house recruiting and international hiring.
• Strong ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

Responsabilités

• Run full desk: sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of passive talent.
• Partner with clients and hiring managers to understand roles.
• Communicate clearly and consistently with candidates and clients.
• Manage a high volume of requisitions with autonomy and collaboration.
• Present candidates effectively and influence decisions with talent expertise.
