Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in Redmond, WA is seeking a Recruiter for High Volume Manufacturing to support Starlink production. You will own full lifecycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding, partnering with hiring managers, and building a strong candidate pipeline in a fast-paced environment.

This onsite role requires flexibility for extended hours and weekends, with a competitive pay and comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree + 1+ years recruiting, or associate degree + 2+ years, or 3+ years experience in lieu of a degree.
• 2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, ideally in manufacturing.
• Experience with in-house recruiting
• Experience recruiting for skilled trades (technicians, electricians, facilities, etc.)
• Full life cycle recruiting from sourcing to closing
• Comfort with reviewing, evaluating and reporting on recruiting data
• Ability to distinguish top 50% vs top 5% of talent
• Experience with non-standard recruiting methods: cold calling, events, targeted sourcing
• Interface with hiring managers including director/VP level
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates

Responsibilities

• Run a full desk sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
• Represent the company with professionalism to candidates.
• Collaborate in teams with autonomy, taking tasks to completion.
• Review applications, conduct passive searches, and maintain a talent pipeline.
• Develop strategies to create and maintain passive talent pools.
• Maintain relationships with clients and candidates through clear communication.
