Starlink is seeking a Sr. Talent Sourcer to build talent pipelines across engineering, supply chain, GTM, and business operations. You will engage passive candidates, partner with recruiters and hiring managers, and own the end-to-end search process, ensuring high-quality pipelines and closeable opportunities.

The role requires strong communication, accountability, and the ability to manage a high-volume workload, with onsite preference in Redmond, WA.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years recruiting experience or an equivalent combination
• Experience sourcing technical roles across multiple functions including leadership
• Strong Boolean and X-ray search skills including building your own search strings
• Experience writing personalized outreach that gets responses from passive candidates
• Working proficiency with an ATS and at least one dedicated sourcing or research tool

Aufgaben

• Build pipelines for roles across engineering, supply chain, go-to-market, and business operations
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to find and engage passive candidates
• Own the search and handoff to recruiters, ensuring closeable opportunities
• Run intake with recruiters and turn each role into a searchable profile
• Source passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, X, and niche communities
• Write outreach and qualify candidates over the phone
• Maintain pipelines and ensure ATS records are accurate
• Track metrics to meet demand across the business
• Map competitor talent pools and share market insights
• Represent Starlink and SpaceX accurately in conversations
