SpaceX is seeking a Recruiter for Go-To-Market and Business Operations to lead full-desk recruiting for Starlink initiatives. You will source, screen, interview, and onboard high-caliber candidates, acting as SpaceX's first point of contact for talent.

You will build a strong pipeline for critical roles, collaborate with hiring managers up to VP level, and employ creative sourcing methods while delivering a professional and enthusiastic candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1+ years of recruiting experience; or 2+ years with an associate degree; or 3+ years as a recruiter in lieu of a degree.

Responsabilités

• Spearhead full-desk recruiting for SpaceX Starlink Go-To-Market and Business Operations roles.
• Source, screen, interview, and onboard top talent; serve as the first SpaceX contact for candidates.
• Develop strategies to build and maintain a strong passive talent pipeline.
• Foster relationships with clients and candidates through clear, proactive communication.
• Identify innovative sourcing methods and actively engage hard-to-fill roles.
• Partner with hiring managers at director and VP levels to align on requirements and expectations.
