Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC seeks a Recruiter, Go-To-Market to drive full lifecycle sourcing and hiring for Starlink in Redmond, WA. You will partner with sales, account management and global ops to fill mission-critical roles with top talent.

The role requires excellent communication, self-motivation and the ability to handle a demanding high-volume workload while collaborating with teams across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of recruiting experience; or associate degree and 2+ years; or 3+ years of recruiter experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with in-house recruiting and international hiring is preferred.
• Strong candidate management and stakeholder communication required.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-desk recruitment for Starlink Go-To-Market and Business Ops roles.
• Source, screen, interview, and onboard top talent for high-volume priorities.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and relationships with clients and candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers at director and VP levels.
• Conduct proactive outreach and develop innovative sourcing campaigns.
• Manage multiple requisitions with discipline and autonomy.
