Job summary

Avantor is seeking a warehouse-focused professional in Boston, MA to join the Advanced Laboratory Services team. You will work under a fixed schedule with four 10-hour shifts weekly, supporting GMP-compliant inventory, order fulfillment, and ERP-driven operations.

The role emphasizes SOP adherence, accurate record-keeping, and cross-functional communication while ensuring safe handling of materials in a temperature-controlled environment. A high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Must follow SOP-driven processes and maintain accurate records.
• Knowledge of GMP regulations and GDP principles is required.
• Experience using ERP systems and inventory controls is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inventory & Material Management: maintain vendor-managed inventory (VMI), support receipt, labeling, storage and issuance of raw materials and components.
• GMP Warehouse Operations: handle raw materials, cleaning reagents, gowning supplies, and consumables; sanitize materials.
• Execute real-time inventory transactions in Oracle ERP and warehouse systems; perform cycle counts and reconciliation.
• Provide clear shift handoffs and cross-functional communication; ensure traceability and documentation discipline.
