Avantor in Boston is seeking an experienced operational leader to manage multi-site GMP services, drive continuous improvement, and lead cross-functional teams across laboratory services, warehouse, and logistics. You will participate in senior client reviews and ensure on-time, compliant delivery of services.
The role requires extensive experience in regulated environments, strong data analytics skills, and a track record of improving efficiency and service quality.
Qualifications
- 7-10 years in laboratory services, warehouse, logistics or GMP operations.
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience, including supervision of multiple teams.
- Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives with quantified impact.
- Experience in regulated client environments (pharma/biotech/medical devices).
Responsabilités
- Set operational priorities across supervisor teams to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Lead weekly operations reviews and align on performance metrics and priorities.
- Reallocate resources across sites to respond to surges and client needs.
- Own day-to-day operating rhythm with regular review cadences across scope.
- Lead cross-site initiatives including new service launches and transitions.
