Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa - ALLENTOWn is seeking a high-energy, sales-driven General Manager in Training (GMIT) to lead the front desk team, drive sales, and ensure a premier guest experience at the Allentown location. You will own daily operations, coach staff, and support leadership development within a fast-paced spa environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Strong background in sales, customer service, or performance-driven environments.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, or influence a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of accountability and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with booking systems (Zenoti or similar) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership, retail, gift card, and service sales goals.
• Actively coach the team on conversion and sales behaviors.
• Promote services, upgrades, and current offers with confidence and consistency.
• Support strong performance in call handling and booking conversion.
• Own daily front desk operations, guest flow, and overall performance.
• Lead, coach, and support the front desk team to meet sales and service goals.
• Drive accountability around membership conversion, booking efficiency, and guest experience.
• Ensure a high standard of execution across client interactions.
• Assist the General Manager with daily operational execution.
• Train, onboard, and develop new/front desk team members.
• Support reporting, cash handling, and front desk systems.
