Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a high-energy, sales-driven General Manager in Training (GMIT) to lead a fast-paced front desk team and drive performance. You will coach staff on conversion, promotions, and guest handling while ensuring seamless daily operations and guest experiences.

This role emphasizes leadership development, accountability, and a strong focus on achieving membership and service sales goals in a multi-location spa environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Strong background in sales, customer service, or performance-driven environments.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, or influence a team.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership, retail, gift card, and service sales goals and coach the team on conversion.
• Promote services, upgrades and current offers with confidence and consistency.
• Support strong performance in call handling and booking conversion.
• Own daily front desk operations, guest flow, and performance.
• Lead, coach, and support the front desk team to meet sales and service goals.
• Drive accountability around membership conversion, booking efficiency and guest experience.
• Assist GM with daily operations and train new/front desk teammates.
• Support reporting, cash handling, and front desk systems.
