Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa – PHOENIXVILLE is seeking a high-energy, sales-driven leader to join as a General Manager in Training (GMIT). The role focuses on driving sales, leading a front desk team, and developing staff in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

The GMIT will coach, train, and support front desk operations, ensuring high membership conversion, exceptional guest experiences, and consistent performance across all client interactions.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Strong background in sales, customer service, or performance-driven environments.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, or influence a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of accountability and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with booking systems (Zenoti or similar) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership, retail, gift card, and service sales goals.
• Coach the team on conversion and sales behaviors.
• Promote services, upgrades, and current offers with confidence.
• Support strong performance in call handling and booking conversion.
• Own daily front desk operations and guest flow.
• Lead, coach, and support the front desk team to meet sales and service goals.
• Drive accountability around membership conversion and guest experience.
• Support reporting, cash handling, and front desk systems.
