Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Langhorne, PA is seeking a high-energy General Manager in Training (GMIT) to lead the front desk team, drive sales, and elevate guest experiences. This role prepares you for future leadership opportunities within the Hand & Stone organization.

The GMIT will own front desk operations, coach staff on membership and service sales, and ensure exceptional guest interactions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Sales, customer service, or performance-driven environments experience.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, or influence a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of accountability and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with booking systems (Zenoti or similar) is a plus.
