Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa - ALLENTOWn is seeking a high-energy, sales-driven General Manager in Training (GMIT) to lead the front desk team, drive sales, and ensure a premier guest experience at the Allentown location. You will own daily operations, coach staff, and support leadership development within a fast-paced spa environment.

Qualifications

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa - ALLENTOWN (750 N Krocks Rd Suite 205, Allentown, PA 18106) is seeking a high-energy, sales-driven leader to join our team as a General Manager in Training (GMIT). This role is ideal for a motivated, people-first leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at driving sales performance, and is passionate about leading and developing a strong front desk team.

As a GMIT, you will take ownership of the front desk experience and team performance, with a focus on sales execution, guest experience, and operational excellence. This role is designed to prepare you for future leadership opportunities within our organization. Promotion timing varies based on performance, readiness, and business needs, but we are committed to developing strong leaders and promoting from within whenever possible.

Drive Sales Performance

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive compensation structure designed to reward performance and drive success. GMITs earn a combination of hourly pay, uncapped commissions, and performance-based bonuses, with average annual earnings up to $45,000 depending on performance.
