Job summary

Montefiore Health System seeks a Program Supervisor to lead day-to-day administration of ACGME-accredited residency and fellowship programs within the Department of Anesthesiology. You will supervise the Program Assistant, coordinate with Fellowship Directors, and ensure compliance with accreditation standards.

You will support educational programming, program evaluations, and regulatory reporting while serving as a liaison to residents, fellows, faculty, and regulators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of two years administrative experience.
• Knowledge of ACGME, ABA, AMA, FREIDA, ERAS and NRMP processes.
• Experience with New Innovations or similar residency management software preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise staff and manage multiple programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative leadership and oversee daily operations of ACGME-accredited residency and fellowship programs.
• Supervise the Program Assistant and ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Coordinate fellowship and residency activities with Fellowship Directors and Program Administrator.
• Serve as SME on policies, procedures, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead recruitment activities, oversee ERAS processing, coordinate interview schedules, and NRMP rank list prep.
• Generate and analyze statistical reports and monitor program records for compliance.
• Maintain educational calendar and communicate activities to trainees and faculty.
• Coordinate CCC and PEC meetings, including minutes.
• Support graduation ceremonies and educational conferences.
• Coordinate site-specific logistics and liaison with residents, fellows, faculty and regulators.
• Ensure business continuity in absence of Program Administrator.
• Organize program files and documentation timely and accurately.
• Perform additional duties to support GME operations.
