Job summary

The Montefiore Hudson Valley Collaborative seeks a Program Supervisor to lead the day-to-day administration of ACGME-accredited residency and fellowship programs within the Department of Anesthesiology. You will supervise the Program Assistant, coordinate recruitment and ERAS processes, generate reports, maintain records, and ensure compliance with accreditation standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of administrative experience required.
• Knowledge of ACGME, ABA, AMA, FREIDA, ERAS, and NRMP processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily administration of all ACGME-accredited residency and fellowship programs.
• Supervise the Program Assistant and ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Coordinate fellowship and residency activities with Fellows Directors and Program Administrator.
• Lead recruitment activities and oversee ERAS processing and interview schedules.
• Generate and analyze program reports to monitor compliance with accreditation standards.
