Job summary

Montefiore Medical Center in Bronx, NY seeks a Program Supervisor to lead and oversee day-to-day administration of ACGME-accredited residency and fellowship programs within Anesthesiology. You will supervise the Program Assistant and report to the Program Administrator, handling recruitment, application processing, reports, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of administrative experience required.
• Working knowledge of immigration processes and regulations related to graduate medical education preferred.
• Knowledge of ACGME, ABA, AMA, FREIDA, ERAS, and NRMP processes and requirements.
• Experience using New Innovations or similar residency management software preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer applications.
• Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Completion of OHS Annual Assessment required.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment activities, oversee fellowship and residency program applications.
• Generate, maintain, and analyze statistical reports and program records.
• Ensure compliance with ACGME, ADS, ABA, and AMA requirements.
• Oversee program records and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Coordinate CCC and PEC meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute taking.
